My screen is on but the touch isnt working

have you tried restoring to factory settings via itunes? it might fix the problem. When you connect your iPod to your computer run iTunes and use the restore option. If it does not work it might be a hardware problem. In that case you might have to get it fixed.

How do I update my iPod Touch updated to 3.2

<p>Apple iPod Touch is a touch-screen iPod that contracts with the iPhone and iPod parts. To update the iPod Touch, iPod Touch you have to program a computer running iTunes 3.2. My ipod touch still isnt recongnised by my computer as an ipod, it comes up as a camera. ive tried reinstalling itunes, updating the driver and it still wont work. any more suggestions?

Your computer will only recognize your iPod as a camera, because its supposed to.
  1. Open iTunes, and then connect your iPod.
  2. Scroll down on the left side, you should see your iPod there.
  3. If you do not, then consult the Apple Store.

My ipod isnt conetting to itunes

1. Reset or restore your iPod for a try, this can fix many general iPod problems. 2. You may try this iTunes alternative, I always use it to upload music and video to my iPod once my iTunes can't recognize my iPod, my friends recommend it to me, it's safe and works pretty well, you can also use it to copy music and video from ipod to computer for backup, it's useful when you lost your iTunes library. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-iphone-to-computer-transfer-cucusoft.html 3. Upgrade or re-install iTunes for a try, this is the method that I got from Apple technical support. Hope it helps. Contact me if you have any other question.

Syncing my itouch with itunes

Itunes can sync infinite ipods and should have no trouble, so there isnt a problem with having two ipods. Try this: turn off your ipod, hold the home button, and plug it into itunes while still holding the home button until a picture of the itunes symbol appears with a cable under it. itunes should say "ipod found in restore mode". this will get rid of any previous users' settings, and hopefully fix anything preventing itunes from syncing with your ipod.
