Videos on my sony walkman

-   I have a sony walkman and i've done a whole bunch ofdifferent things do get it on my mp3.I tried converting it with this website someone sugested through yahooand as soo as i tried to sync it to my mp3 it said that "Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted." and then it had a little "X" beside it and it wouldn't even play like it would before.What should I do??
