Question about Logitech R-20 Computer Speakers
Hi everyone, I've got Windows 7 Ultimate, and can't get my Logitech R-20 subwoofer to work, it doesn't have any sound at all. Also the other 2 speakers have the sound quality it should have. Here some details:
1- Subwoofer gone to assistence and it is OK
2- My motherboard is Intel DG41TY with the latest drivers and Realtek HD
3- Cables were double checked
4- This is doing my head in
5- Any clever person to help please??
If you know how to fix it I'd appreciate if you could detail it step-by-step to me please
This undoubtably is a driver problem. You could try running and installing in Administrator, mode and compatability Mode for XP SP2. Either that or ask Logitech whats their fix.
