Question about Samsung Prostar 816 Phone
One Prostar 816 Plus keyset on my system has a continually blinking speaker phone button. Also, if you press the speaker button with the handset on, the c.o. line will not be selected and no dial tone is received. Any suggestions?
The blinking light on the speaker button means the forward when busy is on. To cancel it- With the handset on-hook dial #12.
Then press your own station number. Then dial # again. The speaker button should stop flickering.
Note: If the SPK button continues to flicker, Forward all is activated. It is the same process as above but use #11 instead of #12

The blinking light on the speaker button means there is an active feature set on that phone, you will need a user guide to tell you how to deactivate the feature. The co line problem is by default the phone will get intercom dialtone unless you set the hotline feature to "9" in system programming
