Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 70 Flatbed Scanner
My scanner has recently started grinding, as if part of it is stuck in place, and doesn't come up on my computer or seem to move at all.
I've tried plugging and unplugging the scanner but it sounds like it is physically jammed. Canon's website said to unlock the scanner but mine is always unlocked. Is it really just jammed and if so, would getting inside it and moving it myself fix anything?
Are you sure it hasn't become locked underneath? try repeating the unlock procedure a few times?
