If you are in the u/k, then try these sites

If elsewhere, then type in BOSCH SPARES in the your browser bar, and you should be able to find someone who supplies Bosch spares.

When baking when oven gets to temperature, and you open the door to put food in The grill comes on and burns everything. I use the middle of the oven, but it still happens. Any suggestions.

Not sure how your oven works, but older ones had a "pre-heat" setting that you would use to get the oven to temp. This ran both the upper (broiler/grill) and lower elements at the same time to raise the heat quickly to temp. Once the oven is pre-heated, you would switch the selector to "bake" and that would only allow the lower element to work after that. If you failed to remove it from "pre-heat", it would use both and burn the food. Just saying.

I have a Zanussi ZHQ575 X Double oven, the main oven will not work when I select the Fan Oven setting. I have tried a new selector switch but it still will not work on this setting. The fan comes on but...

I have the same problem.... It's not the element gents, please read the question again... the oven heats up on the other settings it's just when you select fan oven (the most popular) I too have tried replacing the selector switch with no luck. Really need a wiring diagram.

My oven does not heat up when in fan oven mode, the inner element does not get hot, the outer element does, Both elements get hot when using the main oven full width grill. ...

From your descritpion and if you already replace elements there are two options.
One is that there is an open curcuit either by a loose contact from selector switch to the elements this can be check with a mutlimeter.
The second option the selector switch itself is mulfuction and this normal after long time use since it consist with power contacts they fail to conect after long and you will need to replace it. If your familiar with electric then you can check it with power on and multimeter to see if it conects the elements or not. This operation need extra extra safety and experience.
We have here one side just to see what part you need the cooker selector multifaction switch

Upper and lower elements in my bosch HBE 632 elec oven work well individually but only the lower element works in dual element mode.

Hi.
If it is a fan assisted oven, and it is the fan oven you are referring to, then I would suspect the fan element to be faulty.
Assuming you are in the U/K, this should be located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Alternatively, it is possible that the selector switch could be faulty, but I would check all elements first.

Oven will not heatup

  1. Make sure the controls are set properly: that the oven selector switch is set correctly and that the temperature switch is set to the desired temperature. Where applicable, make sure the oven timer is set to manual.
  2. If nothing else on the Range, Oven or Cooktop is working then Check the fuse
  3. Test the oven elements
  4. Test the oven thermostat
  5. Test the oven selector switch.
or
  • Check timer and clock settings
  • Reseat the element
  • Test the element
  • Test the element connectors
  • Test the oven temperature control
  • Test the oven selector control
