there is a sprint sms timestamp patch that you can download on to your phone that'll show the time of an incoming message. It works fine on my treo pro.
Here is your answer and I have to give credit to Sprint for pointing me in the right direction....for once. Go to www.palm.com/support and then on the search tab in the top right corner, click on it and enter 4335, that brings up the download for a ringer.cab file. There are two ways to do it. I went through the internet on my palm for this and ran it staright from the site and believe it or not, I now can here my phone ring again. If only I could get help with the volume on the windows media player
Contact Alltell or Sprint. Here is a web page I found that shows you what phones work with what companies. It has a palm Treo Pro listed so it would seem that your phone would still work with the above companies. Good Luck.
hold down your finger on the category just like on the iphone wait 2 secs. Take finger off. It begins to wobble, click on the cross. It will then ask you if you wish to collapse or delete! Click delete then confirm with a yes or a no.
Make sure that you do not have it on vibrate. It's very rare that external speaker goes out but that could be a problem. You would need another speaker if your device is not set to vibrate.
