Open the laptop back up and make sure the lcd cable is connected properly to the back of the lcd and where it connects to the motherboard. This will make sure the screen is hooked up properly.
Also try unseating and reseating the memory one stick at a time in each slot one at a time.
If the laptop is turning on and booting up into windows but your just not getting a display then it could be the lcd you got is defective.
If after doing my steps your still not getting video on the lcd screen or the HDMI outputs, then it sounds like the motherboard is bad.
