Well u may have a faulty power supply. try by replacing it

The fan has a third wire, that is used to tell the uProcessor that it is spinning and in some cases how fast.
Replace the fan and that should fix it. Spares form many suppliers on ebay

Curser froze at user sighn in not able to sighn in


Try shutting the PC down and rebooting in "Safe" mode. In this mode you can re-set your user accounts etc. On Dell press F12 during bootup to access the boot menu.

Computer freezes after bios screen on every restart.


One thing you could check is what order your computer is booting from. CD drive hard drive then other. Should be hard drive first. Go into the bios to do that. If you hold the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds the machine should physically shut down rather than unplugg. The unplug thing sounds like its in the power settings. But I've never heard of power settings being connected to bootup except for a password. Anyway a wild guess is check the bios bootup order.

PC bootup problem


Double check your connections ( the cord between monitor and computer{usually has blue ends}, they always wiggle lose) . If that doesnt fix it, buy a new cord and check for video card updates.

Acer laptop bootup problems


Please try and bootup your computer in safe mode by pressing the F8 Button just before windows starts to load. a menu appears and you just need to select the safe mode option and see how it goes from there.
