Question about Samsung HP-R5072 50 in. Plasma HDTV
I have a as new Hotpoint plasma tv which suddenly lost picture and sound for no apparent reason it is in a bedroom so is not exposed to any harsh enviromental things what should I do??
Elizabeth 1. Hotpoint PLASMA is about 12 months old.
2. Suddenly, when turning on plasma, screen light up but looks like scrambled/fuzzy white snow
3. Have tested source - austar and standard signal is good (checked with another PLASMA).
4. have pressed reset button on remote - nothing happens
5. have pulled the plug, disconnected all cables/input sources and then reconnected. When turning back on 'hotpoint' flashes on screen quite clearly, then picture reverts to scramble/snow...
Any ideas anyone?
Sounds like it's on the wrong input, maybe it's analog tuner. Have you tried changing it's input?
