It has horizontal lines - Televison & Video

Hi,

There could be a couple of Problems :-

1. If the Line is still there irrespective of the Screen Format you select, line NEVER MOVES, it is still, you have a Bad LCD Screen Panel. I am afraid, but the cost of Repair could be too high as this Part is Not Serviceable

2. Horizontal Lines could be due to Interference. So, make sure that no electrical equipment with more frequency should be besides it. If the lines are not FIXED, then you might have a Hardware Fault. If you have TV repair experience, and tools like Magnifying Glass and Voltmeter, i could guide you to Inspect, Test and Replace that part.Unless you could seek a tech,If that is a Flat TV, the repair cost i guess could be up to $350.
