Ice dispenser frigidaire

Hello Friend, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

From what you have described it sounds like the issue lies with the door switch, auger motor, or a faulty ice door flapper (the flapper that opens to allow ice to dispense). In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your Frigidaire refrigerator. Best! - Z

My Frigidaire ice maker dispenses water when I use the dispenser on the door. I have been told it may be a DIODE issue. Does the LPHS2687KF0 have a diode?

Good Morning Jim,

I understand the ice maker is dispensing water when you use the dispenser on the door of your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# LPHS2687KF0. I also see that you have a Diode kit and are not sure if it would be this that is needed or a water valve that would be needed. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your refrigerator and determine what is causing the ice maker to dispense water. Hope this is helpful.

Why is my water dispenser flowing slow

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that the water dispenser is dispensing water slowly, from your Frigidaire refrigerator. I suggest changing the water filter. If that does not work, check the lines going into your refrigerator, to make sure they are not kinked. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your refrigerator status has changed successfully.

-Best Regards-

Frigidaire Side-By-Side not dispensing water and possibly ice

It is possible the water line inside the refer is frozen, you will be able to see a resevoire or loop behind the bottom drawers that is where it could be frozen

Frigidaire dishwasher won't spray

Hello - Are you referring to the spray arms will not rotate? If so, do you noticed if the spray arm is cracked or broken? Will it rotate slowly? If so, you might have to remove and replace the spray arm assemblies. I will suggest verifying that there is enough water pressure coming into the unit. If any proves to be ineffective, it could possibly have a communication problem coming from the main control board or wiring connections to the dispenser, I would suggest contacting a professional technician to diagnose the unit accurately.

Water Dispenser not working

Water line probably comes from bottom of the freezer door. Line is too close to inside and freezes. Not sure if you can take door apart and reroute. Otherwise, takes a new door.

Side by side Frigidaire. The water dispenser

The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.

Your water line could be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws
disconnect the line to the water dispenser at the water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in and try the dispenser. if you hear the valve work but water doesn't come out, the valve is bad. If you don't hear the valve, the dispenser switch is bad.
