Question about Brother MFC 420CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
Unfortunately your print head is clogged. The print heads in most new ink printers are built into the machines and are not replaceable. If you are really connected to your machine you may be interested in having it serviced. If you are handy you may be able to do it yourself. Basically you need to tear down the machine to a point where you can remove the print head assemble and be able to soak it on a paper towel saturated with distilled water. Doing this will rehydrate the dried ink in the print head and hopefully get it flowing again. Ink will run out of the print head so be sure to contain it in a plastic plate or similar ink proof container.
