Question about Motorola Mobility L6 Cellular Phone

Cannot hear incoming calls unless on speakerphone

New phone, everything else works fine. Rings, answer it but cannot hear through the internal earpiece - have to switch to speaker and it's fine. Works on call out and in.

Take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the mobiles' ear piece.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You have not configured the phone. If you do not set the number of rings before switching to the answering machine, the phone rings ten times then goes to the answering machine.

Seriously, sometimes if you have the other person yell, it will just magically "pop" back in. THis only lasts a few minutes though. Unless you can deal with speaker phone, I suggest a new phone.

I can't hear anybody when they call unless I put them on speakerphone.

If the phone is a Katana II, there is a known issue on these phones and if you take it to a sprint service and repair store they will fix it or replace it for free.

SPEAKERPHONE

The 6510H "H" phone is not a speakerphone. You can make internal intercom calls using a simulated speakerphone (H = Handsfree answer back) but you cannot talk to anyone on an outside call without using the handset. You would need a 6510S
