Try to check the fan relay, may be it's broken or the fan capacitor is broken.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN HEAT IS SET 66 AUX IS FLASHING

If it is a heat pump if the ambient I door temp is not than 3 degree s lower than 66 it utilizes the aux heat ( heat strips) to help the unit achieve your desired temperature set point faster. Also the heat pump does need help if trying to overcome really cold temperatures. Once set point is achieved the heat pump should be able to keep the home at the set point without aux heat. But the flashing may just be to let you know that the heat strips are in use at the current time. See if when the temperature gets close to your set temp if it goes away. If not a heat pump it may always flash to just tell you heat strips are in use. Some homes mostly trailers only have heat strips but on heat pumps heat strips are there to help heat pump get to your desired temp. But when your heat pump can maintain the temp without the strips is where it saves power. Also heat pump thermostat hVe emergency heat settings. This scares alot of people but if your heat pump isn't working and you have to switch it to emergency heat until you can get it fixed,. That means that the system is only using heat strips and not utilizing heat pump at all. Power bill may be a little higher but remember, most trailer homes only have heat strips and if you do not use emergency heat in this situation your heat strips will only heat home 3 degrees below set point on thermostat to allow heat pump to bring it up the other 3 degrees. If heat pump isn't working correctly you will always be 3 degrees colder than what you set you thermostat at. Maybe too much info but it's prolly just your aux heat on helping system achieve the desired temp you set thermostat too.

I AM GETTING COLD AIR AT NIGHT TIME. IF I PUT THEMOSTAT HIGHER THE AIR GETS COLDER . THIS HAPPENS EVERY NIGHT AROUN8:00 AND STAYS LIKE THIS FOR HOURS. JUST FILTER CHANGE

Is this Heat pump? if so what are the outside temperatures?
If heat pump there are controls connected to the thermostat that may at about 40f stop the heat pump, and switch to aux or emergency heat. If the aux is Electrical heating coil, you may not have power to the relay for the Electrical coil. If the Aux heat is gas, there is a problem with the controls. If none of the above are true, I would suggest your programable thermostat is calling for a lower temperatue at 8pm. I know termostats are not fun to program. It will take you some time to learn how, if you have the owner's manual. otherwise find the manual, learn, find a friend or family menber that knows how. Last resort change thermostat to non programable or have heating tec come by and help. Make sure everything else is ok in the heater.

What does it mean when the aux is flashing on my thermostat?

I assume that you have a heat pump system. If this is the case, the outside temperature is probably lower than the heat pump is sized for and it is using the auxiliary heating system to keep up. The auxiliary heating system usually is an electric coil in the heat pump unit which supplements the heat being produced by the heat pump. This is normal operations and does not indicate a problem with the heat pump, it is just really cold outside. If it is not colder than usual outside, there may be a problem with the heat pump and you should call a heating contractor to check it out.

Heat pump will not turn on

I would call an expert, testing needs to be done, but based on what I have seen it may be the control board of the heat pump is defective.

Buzzing sound when aux heat comes on

Sounds like it could be a effiency function to warn you that the heat elements are on. Check your thermostat manual and see if you can turn this feature off. If this is not a feature then the thermostat may be wired wrong or something in the circuit may be trying to short out.

Replacing TSTAT for my Goodmans 3 ton heat pump. Only question I have is optimal setting for AUX heat CPH .. I think 5 or 6. ????

5 will be the most economical CPH means cycles per hour . So the thermostat will only let the heat strips come on 5 times a hour. You should not need the aux heat except on the coldest days.

Thermostat says ''Aux heat on'' and buzzes when we turn on heat

You most likely have a heat pump, the aux heat (usually electric) comes on anytime the room temperature is 4 degrees below the thermostat setting. Does the buzz go off when the aux heat lite goes out? If the aux heat does not shut off then the primary heater (heat pump) is not putting out enough heat to satisfy the thermostat. I need a little more info. Do you have a heat pump? Is it working?
