Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
In your web browser, log onto the router, the default address is 192.168.1.254. Look through the menus to find enable UPnP and make sure you save the changes. The router may have to restart, which it will do automatically or it will prompt you to. If the router does not support UPnP, then the feature will not be available to be enabled. If this is the case, you'll need to open some ports on the router. Let me know what you find so I can help you further troubleshoot this issue.

1 You will have to verify the firmware on your router
2. Log in as the Administrator
3. Go to the Netopia site and look for "Software Hosting"
there should be a step by step to set up your router for gaming mode.
