Fisrt check all your cable connections:
-from PC ->AVR->Ower Outlet
-from Monitor -PC or Monitor->AVR->Power Outlet
be xur to check the AVR if it is on...
then turn your PC on...
if it wont open...the you might have a loose connection inside your PC...like:
Memory or RAM
to start a few...
if you are familiar with them...you might wanna open up your PC(note: unplug your PC before opening it up...and ground your self by touching the case of your PC...
..then re-insert the video card..memory...and other add-on card inside your PC...close it up and connect all the cords and cable
if you are not sure what your doing pls. call a technician to this for you....
hope this helps...

Open your unit and gently push all your card back into their sockets. After a unit has been sitting for a long time and you move it, it may loosen the cards in the slots. While your in the unit, use a plastic nozzle and vaccum out the dust. May use a clean/dry paint brush to help clean. NO POWER during this cleaning. Also check with a slight tug any cable connections on the MB.

HI.. I see someone else posted a solution when I didn't get the chance so please just verify all your cords are connected and that you do have power coming out of that particular outlet.. if after this you still find there is not powere then you may need to take it in depending on how old it is.. there may have been some short in the wiring somewhere or something became loose when it was moved.. please rate with the understanding that it is hard to see what was exactly done.. maybe it was unplugged before turning off first which could very likely short it out.. i hope this gets resolved.. how old is you computer and much memory does it run on?
