Question about Kingston (DTIU3/2GB) 2 GB USB Hard Drive
My 2GB Kingston Technology memory disk for my digital canon camera will not erase two videos that I have previously made, then erased. Everytime I upload the pictures to my computer, they are there even though I have repeatedly erased all pictures on the disk. How do I really erase everything, including those two videos on my disk?
Go to applications then utilities then open disk utility
on the on the left side all the hard drives will be listed. click on your camera then click erase, look here click "erase" and then "ok".
go to start, my computer. in the new window your camera name will apear right click then click format. make sure that quick format is checked and then click "ok".

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
