Question about Nintendo Super Mario Galaxy for Wii

My mii keeps automatically walking to the right

I can still technically do all the functions but when I'm not touching anything on the remote or the nunchuk my 'mii' walks slowly to the right with its arms stretched out like it's flying. I've never had this happen before. any ideas?

Technics SU-G90 reciever is on mute with no remote i dont know how it got on mute so i dont know how to turn it off

I can't find the manual but to operate certain basic functions like Power or Mute w/o a remote you walk over to it and manually operate the Power (Off/On) or turn the volume knob UP to defeat the Mute.

For a new remote:

substitute... $39 plus shipping

or

close to original... $18 (bidding)

I have a Bose Wave remote. Battery was replaced with the CR2032 and placed on plastic bracket and slide back into remote control. There appears to be no signal/power to Bose Wave unit. The battery is...

Remotes only allow you to avoid walking across the room to touch the unit for certain functions - like POWER. They don't actually enable or disable its ability to turn on if power is available. Walk over and touch the power control. If it turns on the remote is still malfunctioning.

Read this procedure to possibly fix the remote:
http://remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=Display&contents=help_deadremote&uuid=A12963989782821
They also sell replacement remotes.

Zoom in on the picture of the original remote provided on the site (or look at your own) and get the actual remote model number.

or check eBay: search for "(model of the device or the remote) remotes", check the 'include description' box. Usually cheaper than the vendors.

I have an old Technics SA-GX300 receiver that works fine except that the screen indicates that muting is on (still produces volume but at much lower levels). I lost the remote to the receiver. Is there...

Reliance on the remote instead of walking across the room to touch the unit will not solve anything. On many receivers, Muting is cancelled if the volume knob is turned to a louder level. Try that.

There's a used original remote for $12 delivered on eBay right now.

Do i need a remote for a hd301 to get it out of standby???

Remotes augment but do not completely replace functions that are hard wired right on the product. Walk across the room and lay hands on it.

Who makes it? What is it? I'm sure the manual discusses how to turn it on or gives basic advice on Standby or self-protection.

Name the make and model first, then we'll look for the manual. Then (maybe) find a solution. You might find it at the manufacturer's support site or these guys...

How do I delete and add other Mii's

This process only deletes Miis so that you can add new ones,
up to a maximum of 8.

Nintendo provides no advance notice that there is a limit of 8 players.

1. Go to the Wii Fit screen displaying all of your current Miis.
2. Select the Mii you want to delete.
3. Keep hitting the A button to go through all the extraneous jazz-ma-tazz nintendo inflicts upon us
until you come to the calendar page with the options BODY TEST and TRAINING at the bottom.
On this page you will see USER SETTINGS in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Select the USER SETTINGS page (push the A button).
5. Select DELETE USER DATA (push the A button).
6. Select YES to confirm that you want to erase the data.

I found this process very counter-intuitive as it required me to select the Mii that I wanted to delete,
then act as if I were going to use this Mii, before giving me an option to manage the settings for that Mii.

The process for using a memory card to save Miis has been impossible so far.
I purchased a Wii memory card, but cannot figure out how to bring the data from the memory card
back into the Wii Fit game.
