You have to get a software that does seem editing but it is best to take it to a mobile service center and have it done.

When I talk they can't hear me, but I can hear

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Take care.

My motorola v3 razr cell has no sound thru earpiece cannot hear unless you turn on loud speaker help please

That means your earpiece speaker is out. It could either be damaged or just dirty. The easiest way is to file an insurance claim. But if you are good with electronics you can take it apart and replace the speaker. However on some of the V3 models the earpiece speaker is a part of the LCD and cannot be individually replaced.

Volume not loud enough

When you're in a call, there are two buttons on the left side of the phone that control the volume.  Outside a call these buttons control the ringer volume.

Volume in earpeice

i work for a cell company and i hear this a lot. try this... while you're in a call use the long button on the side of the phone, turn it up and down to change the volume. if that doesnt work it may either be the phone's ear piece and needs replaced or it just may not be load enough for your taste. moto razrs are in my opinion one of the loudest phones so it shouldnt be hard figuring out whats wrong.

Can't use earpiece...? (Motorola Razr)

Have you raised the volume while you are on a call as this is the only way the ear piece volume increases.
If this doesn't work then I'm affraid you have a faulty earpiece
