Hi, see if this works:

Press the yellow button, then type in 107 (it will ignore you - this is normal). Press and hold the red/orange button for 3secs - it should then say "SP Mode" on screen. Switch off at mains for 30secs.

This should hopefully clear the error.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Savin Copier 2020, IP 192.168.2.100 functional error SC672

yes a 672 is an address book error. do you have scanner feature on this machine?. it may be bad. you may need a tech to come remove the option. turn the machine on and use it as a copier. then reinstall the option and see if the error returns. it could be a static build up or the option is bad.

Functional error SC542

This is a fuser temperature heating error.
the fuser has not heated up within 5 minutes after switching the copier on.
Most likely cause:

Heater lamp blown
Thermal fuse blown
Faulty power supply
Bad connection to fuser unit

You will need a service technician to fix this.
