Sounds like you have a broken LCD screen. Go to your carrier, they might replace the phone for you altogether for free or at a discounted rate. If they refuse,the only way to get it up and running again is to open your blackberry to physically replace the part. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Blackberry Repair.
