Question about KEF Audio Audio Players & Recorders
Most of the current models that KEF produces have changed from the 160mm driver to the 165mm driver. You could make the 165mm work however that wasn't your question. There are no current models that use the 160mm polypropylene mid/bass driver. There is however the Ci160.2Q. Not exactly identical to your current drivers but they are the same impedance, sensitivity is -2dB and the power handling per driver is only 100 watts suggested. Since your model is discontinued I would suggest this driver because who knows what you will get on auction sites or other forms of sales. Finally your best bet would be to call KEF technical support. They are obviously the best source for the answer you seek.
