Im thinking that you mean a 954 nvram error if thats so hold down the right arror, the go button , and the return button power on the machine untill performing self test comes up and release them .90 percent of the time this will get you back to printing. remember this will get you going but it is only a bandaid. this error is created by either an eprom located on the engine board or the nvram chip being corrupted. this board needs to be replaced

ROM Error for Canon Image Runner 2010F


When the ROM Error message is displayed on the control panel, this will indicate an issue with the Flash DIMM on the Image Processor PCB.
re-flash the system software for that specific model. If system software does not resolve the error, replace the DIMM Assembly. When replacing the DIMM, you may be required to flash the system software to it's latest version.

iR 2010F FG6-9454-000, Dimm assembly.
As a temporary work around, power on the iR while holding down the STOP key. This may boot the iR to a ready state and copies can be made.
