Some suggestions assuming you know you're using good discs, and have this problem with more then 1 disc. In anything that requires you to open the player and play around in it, I also assume you're not too akward with electronics, and out of warranty: spindle motor problems - you could either fix that by changing the motor, or occasionaly by dropping a little bit of 3 in 1 oil on the shaft. Just dont start it as a hobby if you can still go complain at the store... Good luck

Bite - I have the battery that goes with you Go-Video player. Hasn't been charge in a year or two but if you want to pay postage (About $5) its yours.
