Try first disconnecting power cord for five minutes.
Also try resetting NVRAM, from menu Troubleshooting>>Service Tools>>Reset NVRAM.
If that does not fix the error, then there is a service bulletin from Xerox containing the link to a critical firmware update.
Follow instructions here.
If that does not work, then you will need to contact Xerox to see if there is any other firmware issue with this printer.
