I have a CLT2054 and lost the power cord. I bought a new power cord but when I plug it in the light on cord goes out and TV wont come on. If I un plug cord light comes back on

You have short circuits inside the TV, the AC goes into shutdown when it senses too much current being draw. Post some pictures inside the TV if you can, wee need to look for short circuits, another thing, you bought new AC adapter with the same voltage and current rating, right?

Usually the instructions say to NOT have the USB cable plugged in BEFORE the software has been installed... Maybe you had it connected before??? If so, uninstall and unplug the USB cable and reinstall per directions.

No Sound from TV when using Component Cables

what you do is plug in the HD cables as you previously stated and then place the red and white cords where you would normally put then like when you plug in a dvd player or the place you normally would plug in the red and white cables.

The power cord for my Hyundai E320 flat screen tv was lost. I bought a generic brand cord, but the TV will no longer power up. Any clues?

Start by confirming the circuit is hot at the wall. Plug in a lamp or something.
Try your generic cord with another device to eliminate it as a variable.
What sort of cord is it?

Samsung le40a lcd - picture quality

Hi - I have some suggestions. The following factors effect picture quality:
1. Source (because LCD TVs have much higher picture quality than traditional CRT "Tube" TVs, the worse your source material, the worse it looks on a LCD TV).
DVD and Sky/Digital TV should look excellent on this TV when connected with a good quality Scart lead (nothing too expensive, but a Oxygen Free Copper Gold lead may help) directly into one of the TV's Scart inputs (avoid using "switching" boxes for multiple equipment).
Also, bear in mind that this is a HUGE screen (40 inches I think) and will REALLY show up bad source material.
The best advice I can give is, if you have HD-ready equipment use HDMI connections for everything (ideally with an HD-uplscaling DVD player which will "improve" the quality of standard DVDs on the TV - I recommend models by Philips) and check that you are in "Movie" or "Cinema" mode on the TV.
Make sure that all of your equipment, like your Sky digibox, is set to 16:9 mode (not 4:3) aswell to preserve the true widescreen aspect ratio.
Hope that helps!

What are the specs of this tv?

If the TV has the corresponding red, yellow, and white plugs, simply match them up and you're good to go. If it happens to just have white and yellow, plug those two up and it will work fine (sound will be mono instead of stereo). If there aren't any of these plugs, you can pick up an A/V switch. This is a box that has multiple sets of red, yellow, and white plugs to connect multiple devices to a TV but it also will allow you to connect these devices to a TV that only has the round coax connection (like what comes from your cable company) just follow the directions included with the switch and you'll be fine. You can pick up one most anywhere that sells electronics.

Bad Ghosting Panasonic

It sounds like you may have a couple of defective convergence IC's, and maybe a couple of resistors. A fairly easy repair. Since you already have a warranty on the set, I would have it repaired and let the company know you haven't been too pleased with the picture quality all along. They may be able to tune it up a bit after repairing it to really make it shine for you. Panasonic usually makes pretty good sets, you could do a lot worse with some of the other brands out there.
