Not sure if this will help but make sure you do not have two dvd-authoring programs on your computer, this might be causing the error you are seeing. There could be an issue with the media you are burning to, sometimes you have to experiment and find discs that work well with your burner. Burn speed may also be an issue, some discs say that you can burn at 4x speed, when in fact that disc may only be able to accomodate 2x - so try reducing the authoring speed to half the maximum the disc says. I looked on the GoCyberlink website and was not able to see that error code listed in their support pages. Another possibility though not as likely, you could have a damaged operating system or there is a problem with your dvd burner. Wish I could help more.
Couldn't find that specific error code anywhere. However to give more information try this. Try to burn a CD, when you get the error code go to:
Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer then Services and Applications. See if you get an "error" on a particular application you should as the event viewer documents everything that goes on in the system. Let me know what application or file is causing the error..standying by.
If you have Nero of Power ISO installed you can right click the .iso file and there should be a command in the shortcut menu that states "burn with Nero" or burn iso with Power ISO, etc. this should apply to other disc burning software you have installed.
As you may know, .iso files are a compressed disc image file that contains the data layout for a complete CD or DVD. Most of the time, burning an iso image from first opening your disc burning software is more difficult but can be done by hunting through your software's menu commands.
I too had the same problem. I fixed it by changing the DVD type I was using. I find it has less problems usung -RDVD and RWDVD I couldnt burn at all with Memorex +RDVD but had some luck with +RDVD in other brands
