If your tom tom is in a wrong language, to set it back or change it to the normal language, all you need to do is to reset it. To reset it, hold down the power on/off button for about 15 seconds, it will restart the tom tom, that way the language will be restored back to its normal language. If you are not requesting to change the language back to its normal language, then to change the language to any other foreign language, what you have to do is to go to the gps settings, then you select from the options where you find language, then you select your choice language, that way your language will be changed.
Caution! Selecting the (Cancel) button during these steps will cause the NAVIGON device to cease operation and will require the user to reset the device.
