Question about Mitsubishi WD-52628 52" Projection HDTV
Make sure you've cleaned out the filter and used a can of compressed air to clean everything out.
If that doesn't work, you may have other issues with your TV such as a ballast or color wheel. Maybe even power supply? You need to listen to the machine for sounds like clicks or hums or whirs. Those are great indications on what's wrong.
Also what happened to make you want to replace the lamp in the first place?
Maybe the lamp you purchased is defective? Make sure to get OEM parts, or with your Mitsubishi, use Philips or Osram only.
