Lexmark 5000 - paper jam (by 4 users)

hi - I got this Lexmark 5000 all in one thingee for my mum. Now there is a paper jam and she doesnt know what to do to unjam the paper. Is there a step 1, 2, 3 procedure which I can relay to her to get the paper unjamed? Thank you - Scott Burry wolfgang@cwnet.com

just found Lexmark x5100 in trash and looks perfect except it's got this paper jam error when there is no paper in it what-so-ever. I think this a problem with the printer itself, and has nothing to do with paper. Lexmark is by no stretch of the imagine a quality printer. This one is going right back in the trash

Lexmark X51oo said paper jam but there's no paper in it.
