Question about Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse
Mouse Laser 6000 does not work. Tried to reset, still does not work.
When using a USB connected device you will need to troubleshoot
everything stating from the USB back to the device , even if you never installed the software for the device its still plug and play
and will move the pointer make sure the batteries are good if there are any , troubleshoot the USB the cord then the unit , make sure
there is no leakage of the batteries and no corrosion on the battery
