The problem is that I bought a 1Gb micro SD Card, it won't recognize any music files on it. Showing "No Music Files Found. Use your Computer to load Music". However with the 128MB micro SD Card, works fine, is there any spec for the capacity and SD Card to be used?

I have tried mp3 in the "audio" file on both the 128mb card that came with the phone & a 4GB card. Both times it will not recognize the media. However I can play the mp3 through the sd card on my computer

It has to be in the music or audio folder on the MicroSD chip, and must be in mp3 format.

Downloading music

Format the micro SD in the phone, then use the usb secure digital and adapter that came with your phone, in your computer and put the MP3's you want under the "music" sub file. Place the micro SD back in phone and enjoy. If you are afraid of this removal of the micro SD from the phone turn it off before you go out and in with the card.

Put music on card mp3 player i880 phone

You can use Windows Media Player's "Sync" function to transfer music from your music library to your phone, but you need a data cable to connect the phone to your computer, or you can use a USB memory card reader that allows the computer to see the memory card as if it were another drive. NOTE: The i880 can ONLY play music files in an .mp3 format; if they are in ANY other format, they will not even show up on the song list on the phone.

I have an i880 and i am trying to download music from my computer to my phone

You can only add music to the MicroSD card included with your phone. You will need to use the included MicroSD to SD adapter and an SD card reader. When plugged into the computer, the card will show up as a removable drive under "My Computer".
