Question about Creative Labs Muvo V100 MP3 Player

Nothing plays when i turn on my muvo v100 it says it holds no music but when i plug it in to my computer it plays all the songs perfect now what i would like to know how is to delete everything and out diffarent songs on there or if you have another answer let me know thank you dezaraye bello

    When I turned on my MuVo V100 it said "No Songs" I tryed re-formatting and re-installing songs but that did not make any difference. I downloaded newest firmware from Creative, ran it, accepted to re-format, re-installed songs and made sure to hit the " Safely Remove Hardware" on my PC before disconnecting player from the USB port. Now my MuVo works!!!

Go into menu and do a clean disk if that doesn't work reload the firmware off creatives web site.

I put songs on my muvo v100, but only 29 of them will play..I cant figure out how to get all the songs to play . Its frustrating! please help


First were all of the songs the same format such as mp3 or wav or wma. If not your muvo may not support all types of digital files. Read any info you have on this muvo v100 and see if it will tell you what files it will play. And there is computer software that can convert your files to the same thing.

Can't transfer music to my player


the easiest way to do it is by connecting it to your pc....go to my computer...open your muvo as a external hard disk and copy the desired songs on to it...should work fine :)

i have stored all mp3 player songs in my Olympia MP3 player but unable listen to songs getting an error message NO FILE but already there are 30 songs were there in MP3 player please let me know

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in July 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V100 Firmware 1.05.01.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

my friend gave me a muvo v100 mp3 player just to keep since he doesnt use it anymore but i cant never play it well in other words i dont kno how to use it and my friend doesnt have the instructions manual to kno how too and the biggest problem yet he forgot how to use it.....

try to reformat your mp3 player. maybe it contains malicious programs and viruses when you connect it to the computer.

Just need to plug the player in your USB port and computer will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the music files.
