Question about Whirlpool RBD305PD Electric Double Oven
Check the upper oven temperature probe by reading Ohms before replacing the control board.
I assume that you have replaced leads from control board to blower motor. In that case , if the problem is still the top oven even after swapping contacts, the control board is fine.
Check and eventually replace the temperature probe on the upper oven.
