On the scant information you provide, it is difficult to give much advice. I would suggest you remove the battery, unplug the external power and wait 24 hours -
Then, put in the battery, plug in the power and wait 24 hours. Give it a try.
Does yours have a restore feature on "D" drive?
It might be time to restore either via the built in feature or how ever you can restore it.
While in SAFE mode, save as much of your data as you can. Restore will wipe the drive, 99.9999% of the time.
