How do you change the light bulb on Memory Craft 8000?
There is a tiny lightbulb way over on the left side, above the needle. You open the left side of the machine, and search for it. You can pull the bulb and wires out to the left to get it out of its holder, and then pull the lightbulb downward to get it out. Hold it up to a bright light and you may see that the filament is broken.
When your Memory Craft 8000 or MC 5700 is otherwise working fine but the LCD display screen begins to grow darker and you find you just can't read it, the only thing you can do is replace the LCD screen, or buy a new machine.
Janome no longer stock this item direct, but there is an affordable replacement available.
Full Access and Installation instructions are provided, so you can DIY or have someone else do the replacement for you.
