Question about Dell Latitude D430 Notebook
My D430 laptop may have caught a virus. When I power up Windows can't open and I get a suspicious page that tells me to try a few options to click on but none work.
Goto my computer, click on the c:drive(boot drive) double click on the windows folder scroll down to a folder called prefetch open the folder, highlight one object in the folder hold down control and press a to highlight everything in the folder, then holding down shift press delete. close out of all the windows up and reboot, once rebooted goto my computer and right click on your boot drive (c:drive) and enter properties, do a disk cleanup, put a tick on all the files shown and then press ok to cleanup the disk.
