Question about Janome Memory Craft 10000
I have tried unsuccessfully to connect my machine to the PC. I am using a normal USB cable - perhaps this is the problem? Please advise whether I need to purchase a different cable or whether the problem could be that my PC is running Windows 7 - I can try on an older machine if you think that might work. I am using Customizer 10000.
I too am having a disconnected message when I try to connect computer to mc10001. I have installed a hasp driver and it says it is in correctly. I still cannot connect. anything i have done so far, like trying to install drivers from the customizer cd, have not been successful. It has operated properly for at least 8 yrs and now this problem has occured. can you help? thank you

Have you got the cable that is compatible with your machine. If you are running Customiser 10,000 on your computer it should be fine otherwise it could be that you are running Windows7 not sure about that though.
