This problem, from your description, is very unlikely to be because of a change in your settings, if nothing happens when you try to turn your computer on.
If no power is being supplied to your computer - no lights come on - then
you might just have the combination of a flat battery and a faulty power adapter. You must test the power adapter (measure the output voltage with a voltmeter) or obtain another one (preferably temporarily/borrow) to see if your computer will turn on with that. If your power adapter has failed it must be replaced. If still in warranty, Samsung or your retailer/dealer should replace it at no cost. (you should not attempt to repair a power adapter)
