Question about Audio Players & Recorders
First you need to pull out the battery if you are not able to do that then wait until the battery is empty . after that put it again and turn it on . Now your son's Mp3 will work again . But before attempting to play any songs , i advice you to restore factory settings for your Mp3 player or update it's software . That will prevent any future problems .
