The short answer is yes, it is fixable. It won't be cheap though. The entire panel must be replaced.
The part number for this is: 6348Q-C049M with a cost of $2,417.11 with a core return refund of $750 which means that after you return the bad panel, you will be credited $750. The net cost for the part then becomes: $1667.11 plus shipping.
