Minolta CF900 error C0660

I get this error message C0660, the repair log from the tech's had this same error 6 thousand copies ago. The tech states they reset the code.
I know that this is a scanner error code. I have unplugged and plugged the unit back in and get the same error. The scanner unit is not getting any power at all, any clue what I can do.. This copier only has 32,000 copies. just does not seem to be getting any power to the scanner unit.

Thanks
