Question about Logitech Z-2300 Computer Speakers
i just bought a set of z2300 speakers.
I have a problem , subwoofer wont completely shutoff even when bass volume is set to zero!! bass keeps coming out even in lower volume and i cant use the speakers during the night , couse i annoy the neighbors.
Is there any way to lower the default bass setting of the speakers???? Or maybe propose me some short of way to isolate the bass coming out from the subwoofer unit from reaching the neighbors using sound isolating product , Dynamat for example? any other advice concerning the positioning of the subwoofer that could come usefull for not annoying th neighbors????
Make sure the wired remote is connected completely and if that doesn't work try putting a pillow or a pile of blankets to cover both the subwoofer driver and the air port on it and that should reduce the sound coming from it. Also if it is in a corner or on a solid floor like wood or tile i would move it to a less enclosed space with carpet or a rug. Thats all I got I hope that helps.
