Usually when this happens its because toner, dust and other contaminants have "gunked up" the paper path and is causing the jamming. Cleaning instructions are usually in the user's guide or manual. That would be my first step to resolving the problem.

If cleaning doesn't work than check to see if the transfer roller is seated properly against the fuser to allow for proper toner bonding with the paper. It locks in place and sometimes can get loose.

If that isn't the issue that you have potentially moved beyond that which is readily serviceable by and end user and you probably have a situation that will require a service call.

Printer jam after first copy

  • If a paper jam occurs when using the optional lower tray unit, check for correct installation of the upper paper tray.
  • Always remove all paper from the paper tray and straighten the stack when you add new paper. This helps prevent multiple sheets of paper from feeding through the printer at one time and reduces paper jams.

HP L7680 black print streeks every 5-6 lines

Any inkjet printer with this problem is caused by a build-up of ink on the undercarriage or the wiper assmbly.Usually on the right side where the cartridges are at rest. You have to get messy and clean that build-up with moistened cloth, qtips etc.

HP 2605dn- replaced all toner cartridges now it won't print-

There might be a problem with the network connection. Is the cable connected to the back of the printer?
The printer could have lost the connection.
If the printer is able to print a configuration page and if the display responds to comands from the buttons in the display panel there is a very good chance the network connection was lost.
Yo mentioned "paper jam" is the printer identifying a paper jam?
