Hi, I was taking a nap this afternoon and accidentally dropped my phone from my bed to the ground. And then when I woke up, my phone does not display anything on the screem. In other words, the screem turns to black but I can still make a phone call and pick up phone calls but I just cant's see anything on the screem b'cuz it's absolutely black now. What should I do? Please respond me ASAP. > < Thank you.

Dear Jodinagy. Be sure that the problem isn't about the battery, but it could be even from the screen or the nap, try to by another screen and change it. But u said that it will not drop light up, so try that, or check your charge circuit, may be the charge don't get in easely or didn't, it happens for me; i've a nokia 3110c, the screen turn to black, and it does'nt change ubtil a change its screen.
This problem happens when a mobile memory is full, sometimes accidentally drops the phone to the ground and turning off the phone by directly removing the battery while on a process like call, gaming etc.
Possible solution is, the mobile needs a software program that will make the system refresh, and this would be possible if you have a gsmgadget were only mobile service shop has in it.
The best thing to do is to take the battery out leave it to dry and your phone do not try to charge the phone for a few days that should solve the problem. if not the water has gone into the liguid lcd screen.and the lcd screen need to be replace.
