Press the Pause/Cancel button twice to clear the display and cancel the cycle. Unplug the machine and remove the fill hoses from the water inlet valves. Check the inlet screens for clogging and clean it. Make sure that the water supply valves are open and water is present. Check the drain hose for siphoning.

Press and hold the Start button to start a new wash cycle. If the error code flashes again, verify if there is water present inside the tub. Check the water inlet valve if no water is present. Check the pressure switch if water is present.

    Checking the Water Inlet Valve

    1. Disconnect the machine from the power outlet.

    2. Remove the three screws securing the top cover to the back of the machine.

    3. Slide the top cover out to release the console tabs from the slots in the cover and lift it off the machine.

    4. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the water inlet valve solenoid terminals. Label the wiring harness to avoid reversal of the connections.

    5. Set the multimeter to X100 and measure the resistance between the solenoid terminals. Resistance should read between 750 ohms and 850 ohms for a good solenoid.

    6. Replace the water inlet valve assembly if any of the solenoid reads open or too far from the range given.

    • Remove the fill hoses from the water inlet valves.

    • Remove the inlet hose by loosening the inlet hose spring clamp and pulling it off the valve assembly.

    • Remove the water inlet valve screw at the back of the machine and pull the valve assembly out.

    • Install the new water inlet valve assembly in reverse of the steps above.

    Checking the Pressure Switch

    1. With the top cover removed, look for the pressure switch at the rear right side of the cabinet. It has a small hose connected to its bottom.

    2. Press the wire connector locking arms and pull the connector off the pressure switch.

    3. Remove the pressure hose from the pressure switch fitting.

    4. Turn the pressure switch clockwise until the key on it is aligned with the slot in the chassis and remove it from the cabinet.

    5. With the pressure switch terminals facing up and the hose inlet at the bottom, check the continuity (set the multimeter to X1) between Pin 6 (right end terminal) and Pin 4 (third from the right). It should read zero ohms. Continuity test between Pins 1 and 2, Pins 3 and 4, and Pins 4 and 5 should read open.

    6. Blow into the hose inlet to activate the pressure switch diaphragm.

    7. Repeat step #5 above while the diaphragm is activated. Pins 4 and 6 should read open and the rest should read zero ohms.

    8. Replace the pressure switch if it fails in any of the tests above. Install it in reverse of the steps in removing it.

I keep getting an error code ... F-20. Please

F20 indicates a water inlet problem (no water or insufficient water supply) in your washer. To resolve this issue check your washer inlets, maybe the water valves are off or you don't have enough water pressure.

Thank you!!

Writing error keeps coming up

Try formatting the xd card. The f20 has enough internel memory for a few pix, if the card is not working it uses internal memory. Also look for the number of pictures remaining if this is low the card is not working.
