What is it that you are trying to do? Do you have a piece of hot water baseboard heater and you want to 'power' it with an electric hot water heater?

Codes aside, I don't see why it would not work. You will have to put a circulator (and a temp control device) on it to move the water.

This is not going to be a very economical heating system.

On A.O. Smith water heater model BTH 199 100 where is the heat sensor rod located ?

Parts list:
http://www.hotwater.com/lit/partslists/197728-004.pdf
Flame rod, flame sensor sits next to igniter inside combustion chamber. This can be cleaned with sandpaper. Do not touch with fingers. Purpose of flame rod is to detect whether ignition has caused actual, sustainable fire inside the combustion chamber.
If sensor is bad, or no ignition is detected after 2-3 attempts, then 'no ignition' error is given.
Bad gas control valve, bad-or-dirty flame rod-sensor, low gas pressure, misaligned rod, dirty combustion parts, etc

A very old rheem fury water heater i assume it's just worn out but because of a space problem i can't go wider than the 15 inch diameter it has.

16" diameter water heaters could work if you cut away the metal and insulation off of 1 side of the water heater. The actual tank inside the shell is smaller than outside diameter.

American gas water heaters shows a 30gal 16"
model BFG61-30T30-3NOV

AO Smith has 16" Promax 30 gallon gas

ELECTRIC 6 gallon point of use

You can get a tankless water heater if you have the additional money and a water filtration and softener system and don't mind expensive repairs if you install it yourself.

Phone got wet now doesn't do anything

Thee's no magic button to push to fix it. Your best bet is to try to replace the base cord and inspect the contacts where it plugs in. Then you start phone surgery. It could be corrosion under the hookswitch or where the top half connects to the bottom half. A new(er) phone will probably cost you between $75 and $150. It tends to be beyond economic repair (BER) to repair electronics damaged by either smoke or water.

No constant hot water from baxi 105e

Im guessing this is a boiler with on demand hot water or a on demand heater, if so a common problem is most on demands can only supply 3-4gpm so if you have a low flow shower head running it will keep up if you exceed the gpm output rating which can be found either in tech. specs. or on name plate. Keep in mind a tub faucet usually supplys 6gpm. Im talking in canadian gallons if I remember correct it is about 1 litre smaller than a US gallon.
Solutions; holding tank circuit, flow restrictor PRV on hotwater line. None of which are great options, buyer be ware of this common problem when buying on demand. Buy a hi efficient condensing hot water tank instead in my opion then you have capacity and can also use for hydronic heating.

Most likely it is the water sensing transistor (C1815) in the unit. This can be replaced but it would have to be by someone who knows how to repair electronic instruments. The cross for the C1815 transistor is NTE85 and sells for about $1.50.
