Most of the phones have similar internet settings. Try to find the APN of you service provider from one of your friends. It located in the internet settings on the phone. Once you have found it, make new internet settings profile in your phone and enter this APN. Then select that profile as default for browsing. Hope this helps you!

How do i use gps on sony ericsson u1i?

From the Sony Ericsson U1i user manual:
Your phone has a GPS receiver that uses satellite signals to calculate your location. You can get help to find your way to a destination and save your favourite locations. With information from mobile towers near you, you may be able to view your approximate location on a map. To access location services • Select Menu > Location services, and select an application.
Using GPS Your location can be found when you have a clear view of the sky. If your location is not found after a few minutes, move to another location. To help the search, stand still and do not cover the GPS antenna, which is located in the upper-right part of the phone.
The first time you use the GPS, it may take up to 10 minutes before your location is found.

Locate my phone via gps

the GPS feature on the cell phones are set by default for 911 ONLY, unless you changed the settings to LOCATION ON, the GPS feature can only be used if someone calls 911 from the phone. Have you tried calling your cell phone number to see if someone answers? Hopefully someone found it and will send it back to you. Also if you use your phones online service, you should be able to check and see if any calls have been made on the cell phone since the time you lost it. If so, call some of the numbers and do a little investigating.

I CANT BROWSE MY MOTOROLA L6 TO MY COMPUTER, WHAT DRIVER SHOULD I INSTALL?

You can download the Motorola L6 modem driver here.

After you download the driver, make sure extract it somewhere inyour computer since I packed it in a ZIP file. Connect your Motorola L6phone by using a USB cable until the system tray shows you the pop-upmessage “Found Motorola L6 Modem”. You’ll meet the “Add New HardwareWizard” dialog box then. Follow the instructions until you told tospecify an exact location for the corresponding hardware, which is yourMotorola L6 phone.
When your files are located, a dialog box will warn you whether tostop or continue the installation since the driver hasn’t digitallysigned by Windows. Click “Continue Anyway”, Windows will start to copythe driver files into a specific location. As the process finished, your Motorola L6 phone will automatically turn its mode to Loud andstart charging the battery.
That’s all. Next thing you should do is set up your internet connection through Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network Connections. Get yourself to the Files menu and choose New connection.. You’ll be guided with a step by step New Connection Wizard.

GPS not working

Try this -

1) Settings > Enable 3G Change to Off.

2) Use the iPhone GPS receiver to locate your position

3) Settings > Enable 3G change to On.

There are two positioning systems in the iPhone 3G, one is the 3G network, and the second is the GPS receiver. The problem occurs when the data from the two systems doesn't match.
