Like I can go to tools and settings but when i press ok on tools it just does nothing. Same for my shortcuts and txt messages (pix and flix too). Got any ideas?

for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
contact your cellular carrier to see about blocking it/ reporting it. If the person has been advised to not message you and continues to do so, depending on your location that may be considered harassment/stalking- in other words, don't erase the messages. You may need to speak to local law enforcement and they may need the messages there to build a case.
Auto save will automatically save your sent messages and the auto Erase will delete after a certain amount of messages so that your mailbox won't fill up and have to be manually deleted to receive new messages.
what network are you using with this phone, let me know and i can give you the correct service number and this will sort the problems, another way is to ring your service provider and ask for a sim update
Your getting this because your phone was set up to recieve someones emails or notifications from an overseas network not supported in this country you will need to do a master reeset on your phone then set it up properly for this market. Your cell provider can walk you through this procedure.
Sounds like a huge tech. problem, I would contact your purchaser instantly, have you tried taking out your sim card and seeing if it still does this? Another this, If your phone got wet, It could be doing this, It has done this to me before, and If it did get wet I hope you have water insured! Ways to get water out are putting your phone in the freezer for a day - That is, if it got wet.
